1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. “Processing time” refers to the period from order confirmation to the moment the shipment is dispatched from our facility.

  • Note: We package our shower curtains securely to ensure they arrive clean, dry, and ready to hang.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates We fulfill orders from our United States facility directly to New Zealand.

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Los Angeles, California, USA.
  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time to New Zealand is 7 to 13 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8 to 16 business days.

3. Shipping Cost We offer Free Shipping on all orders to New Zealand. No handling or delivery fees apply.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes All applicable taxes and duties are included in the product price or covered by us. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid).

5. Shipping Locations We currently ship exclusively to New Zealand. If your destination is not listed at checkout, please contact us for further assistance.

6. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You can track your shipment status through the link provided in the email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

7. Delays Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather disruptions, customs clearance procedures in New Zealand, or carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding in the event of any unforeseen delays.
